Business, for the purpose of the CCPA, refers to the Company as the legal entity that collects Consumers’ Personal Data and determines the purposes and means of the processing of Consumers’ Personal Data, or on behalf of which such information is collected and that alone, or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of the processing of consumers’ Personal Data, that does business in the State of California.

It refers to third companies or individuals employed by the Company to facilitate the Service, to provide the Service on behalf of the Company, to perform services related to the Service or to assist the Company in analyzing how the Service is used.
User Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).

If you choose to utilize Our Prescriber mobile application, we will collect your National Provider Identifier number and a copy of your driver’s license or other government ID. This Personal Data is processed using artificial intelligence (“AI”) tools and will be used solely to provide the Services to you, including by facilitating the fulfillment of prescriptions. We may disclose Personal Data obtained through the Prescriber mobile application to Our Service Providers as described below. Your Personal Data will not be used for the purpose of AI training for making significant decisions about You.
Data obtained through the short code program will not be shared with any third-parties for their marketing reasons/purposes.

The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.
